Welcome to TREMVI RS, a social media management platform powered by Tremvi.

This Privacy Policy explains how TREMVI RS collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data from users who access services connected to third-party platforms such as:

  1. Information We Collect

TREMVI RS may collect the following categories of information:

a) Account Information Full name Email address Phone number Profile picture Authentication information

b) Social Media Data When you connect a social media account to TREMVI RS, we may receive: User ID Username Connected pages and accounts Public profile information Analytics and insights Business messages (if authorized) Scheduled posts Uploaded media

c) Google Business Profile Data When you connect a Google Business Profile account to TREMVI RS, we access and process the following data on your behalf, strictly to provide the scheduling and publishing features you request: Business name, address, and category information Business Profile posts (creation and scheduling) Customer reviews and your replies to reviews Business Profile insights and performance metrics (where enabled)

This data is used exclusively to display it within your TREMVI RS dashboard and to publish content or replies that you have explicitly initiated. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or any purpose beyond delivering the features of the platform.

  1. How We Use Information

Collected data is used to: Provide social media management services Schedule and publish content that users have explicitly initiated and configured Manage connected accounts Respond to messages and interactions Provide analytics and reporting Improve platform performance and security Prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access

TREMVI RS allows users to schedule and publish content across connected social media and business accounts. All publishing actions are initiated and configured by the user; TREMVI RS does not autonomously generate or post content without explicit user configuration and approval.

  1. Data Sharing

TREMVI RS does not sell users' personal data.

Data may be shared with: Technical service providers and cloud hosting services Security and analytics providers Social media platforms through their official APIs Government authorities when legally required

  1. Third-Party Services and APIs

TREMVI RS uses official APIs provided by: Meta Platforms TikTok LinkedIn Google (YouTube, Google Business Profile) X Corp.

Use of these services is also subject to the policies and terms of each respective platform.

  1. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription, plus 30 days following account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (e.g., billing or tax records).

We also retain data as necessary: to operate the services; to comply with legal obligations; to resolve disputes and maintain security.

  1. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

To submit a data deletion request:

  1. Send an email to rs@tremvi.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your TREMVI RS account.
  3. We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once your account and associated data (including any connected social media authorization tokens) have been permanently deleted from our systems.

Deleting your account will revoke TREMVI RS's access to any connected third-party accounts (including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X), and all locally stored content, credentials, and scheduling data associated with your account will be permanently removed. Some information may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing records) for the minimum period required by applicable regulations.

  1. Security

TREMVI RS implements technical and organizational measures to protect data against: unauthorized access; data loss; accidental disclosure; fraudulent activities and cyberattacks.

  1. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent; request restriction of data processing.
